Are You a Live Band Looking for More Gigs? Join Our Roster
Silver Dog Music is inviting applications from exceptional live bands and musicians who are ready to perform at weddings, corporate events and private celebrations across the UK.
We have been booking live entertainment since 2007, working with professional acts and clients ranging from wedding couples and private event organisers to well-known businesses and organisations. As our enquiries continue to grow, we are looking to discover a small number of brilliant new acts to add to our roster.
Who are we looking for?
We are particularly interested in established, gig-ready acts with excellent promotional material and a strong live show. You do not need to look or sound like every other function band. A distinctive repertoire, unusual line-up, exceptional vocalist or memorable performance style can help an act stand out.
Party and function bands
Wedding bands
Soul, Motown and disco bands
Rock and indie bands
Female-fronted bands
Jazz and swing acts
Roaming and interactive performers
Distinctive live acts suitable for corporate and private events
Professionalism matters as much as musicianship
A great showreel is important, but clients also need acts they can trust. We look for musicians who communicate clearly, arrive prepared, provide accurate information and understand the standards expected at professional events.
Acts should have appropriate equipment, Public Liability Insurance and PAT-tested electrical equipment where required. You should also be comfortable discussing practical details such as travel, access, set-up times, performance schedules and sound requirements.
Why join Silver Dog Music?
We are an independent agency and take a personal approach to every booking. We match clients with acts carefully, provide clear booking information and remain involved from the initial enquiry through to the event.
Joining our roster does not mean you have to work exclusively with Silver Dog Music. We want to build positive, long-term relationships with talented musicians who value honest communication, realistic pricing and excellent service.

What should you include with your application?
To help us assess your act properly, please provide your band name, location, line-up, musical style, repertoire, typical performance format and fee. Include links to your strongest live or promotional video, website and social media pages, along with details of the areas you cover.
We review every application carefully. Because we keep the roster selective, we may not be able to offer representation to every act, but we are always pleased to hear from talented performers with something special to offer.
If that sounds like your act, visit our Join Our Roster page and tell us what makes your live show stand out.
